Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an oriented electromagnetic steel plate, capable of stably enjoying an iron loss reduction effect.SOLUTION: An oriented electromagnetic steel plate manufacturing method is characterized by performing hot rolling of a steel slab for an oriented electromagnetic steel plate, performing a primary re-crystallization annealing after applying an etching treatment and forming a linear ditch on the surface of a cold rolled plate having a final plate thickness by cold rolling, and performing a finishing annealing. Preferably, the surface roughness of the cold-rolled plate before the etching is 0.3 μm or less in the arithmetic mean roughness Ra, by limiting the surface roughness and elastic modulus of a work roll for use in a final cold rolling.
