Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing wire capable of suppressing occurrence of air bubbles in an extrusion molded product even when an extruder having no vent port is used in extrusion molding of a dry blended vinyl chloride-based resin composition.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing wire includes: a step of supplying a dry blended vinyl chloride-based resin composition heated to 40°C or higher to an extruder so that the composition does not accumulate in a hopper portion of the extruder; and a step of extrusion coating molding the vinyl chloride-based resin composition to the outer periphery of a conductor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
