Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain reduction in tackiness with a rubber member by bleeding of a plasticizer by aging of a film for a pneumatic tire member.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of the film for the pneumatic tire member composed of a thermoplastic resin composition, the manufacturing method of the film for the pneumatic tire member includes (i) a process of forming the film of (b) the thermoplastic resin composition of including the plasticizer having a solubility parameter of 9.5-12(cal/cm)by 10-40 mass% with gross mass of the plasticizer and a thermoplastic resin as a reference, in (a) the thermoplastic resin having the solubility parameter of 10-13(cal/cm)and (ii) a process of contacting the film with a film of an ethylene-acetic acid vinyl copolymer having the acetic acid vinyl unit content of 8-20 mass% after forming the film.
