Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation of a film thickness caused by a coating agent.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a heat sink includes a casting process for forming a cast piece by casting for pouring molten metal into a cavity of a mold and solidifying it, and a coating process for spray-coating the cast piece with a radiation paint after the casting process, and in the coating process, the cast piece is vibrated by using an exciter 21 in a spray-coating period. Hereby, the paint can be mixed in the state before a coating agent is fastened onto the cast piece, by excitation during spray coating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
