Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package which effectively protects a content of the package from humidity.SOLUTION: A package 501 includes an exterior part 502 and a sealing glass plate 503. In the exterior part 502, an opening portion 502a for placing an LCOS element 240 is formed at a center upper part and a first fitting part 502b is formed over an entire periphery between an opening at the opening portion 502a and an upper surface outer peripheral portion. The sealing glass plate 503 is disposed above the exterior part 502, and a second fitting part 503a which is fitted with the first fitting part 502b is formed on a lower surface of the sealing glass plate 503. A space between the lower surface of the sealing glass plate 503 and an upper surface of the exterior part 502 and a space between the first fitting part 502b and the second fitting part 503a are sealed with an adhesive 504.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
