Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a membrane-electrode-gas diffusion layer assembly (MEGA) which can bring about improvement of productivity.SOLUTION: When obtaining a MEGA with a gas diffusion layer by transferring a laminate sheet 10 to a sheet fixing jig 210 constituting a cutting mechanism section 200 by means of a transfer unit 170 and then cutting the laminate sheet 10, at first, the occupation position occupied by a cathode side electrode catalyst layer 26 in the laminate sheet 10 sucked to the transfer unit 170 in a transfer zone is measured (step S110). Subsequently, positional adjustment (step S120B) of a lower stage cutting blade 227 and an upper stage cutting blade 232 based on the measurement results of the occupation position, and transfer of the laminate sheet 10 (step S120A) by means of the transfer unit 170 up to a cutting zone are performed simultaneously in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
