Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element capable of ensuring a photoelectric conversion efficiency in a broadband, without using a fullerene derivative.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element has a first electrode 12, a photoelectric conversion layer 14 formed of an organic material containing a p-type organic semiconductor material and an n-type organic semiconductor material, and a second electrode 13, where the first electrode, photoelectric conversion layer and second electrode are laminated in this order. The n-type organic semiconductor material contains at least one compound selected from compounds represented by a plurality of specific formulae.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
