Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method of a freshness-measuring reagent kit which has satisfactory storage stability at relatively high temperature.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a freshness-measuring reagent kit comprises: a process of drying a frozen object of first reagent solution under reduced pressure at the temperature of glass transition point temperature (Tg) or less; and a process of drying a frozen object of second reagent solution under reduced pressure at the temperature of glass transition point temperature (Tg) or less, in which the first reagent solution contains XOD, NP, enzyme protective agent and coloring agent, the second reagent contains XOD, NP, AP, enzyme protective agent and coloring agent, the enzyme protective agent consists of sucrose and/or gelatin, and the coloring agent consists of an agent that develops color conjugated with reaction in which Hx is decomposed into xanthine and urate by XOD.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
