Abstract:
本発明に係る構造体の製造方法は、樹脂と強化繊維と空隙とからなる構造体の製造方法であって、樹脂と強化繊維とからなる構造体前駆体を表面温度が８０℃以下の金型に配置する第１の工程と、構造体前駆体が流動可能となる温度まで金型の表面温度を上昇させる第２の工程と、構造体前駆体が流動不可能となる温度まで金型の表面温度を下降させる第３の工程と、第３の工程終了後に得られた構造体を前記金型から脱型する第４の工程と、を含むことを特徴とする。
