Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a valve device capable of reducing a leakage quantity of steam, by preventing the occurrence of a stick in a movable member.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the present embodiment manufactures a valve device of including a movable member and a stationary member for storing its movable member on the inside and mutually slidingly contacting the movable member and the stationary member in response to opening-closing operation. This manufacturing method comprises a build-up part forming process of forming a build-up part on at least one sliding contact surface of the movable member and the stationary member. In the build-up part forming process, the build-up part is formed by finishing by executing laser build-up welding on a surface of its spiral build-up part after forming a spiral build-up part by executing the laser build-up welding in a spiral shape toward the other end from one end in the sliding contact surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
