Abstract:
To provide a mill device capable of restraining generation of noise and vibration by keeping an instantaneous load low when crushing coffee beans. A mill device includes a fixed blade provided with a blade part having a plurality of groove parts and a rotary blade provided with a blade part having a plurality of groove parts. The rotary blade rotates relative to the fixed blade with the blade parts of the fixed blade and the rotary blade facing each other. Since there is a difference between a circumferential interval of the groove parts of the fixed blade and a circumferential interval of the groove parts of the rotary blade, an instantaneous load applied to the fixed blade and the rotary blade can be reduced due to an offset in a crushing timing of coffee beans; therefore, vibration and noise the mill device can be reduced.
