Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order management device, an order management system, an order management method and an order management program for easily transmitting the content of a slip whose output destination has been changed to an object person who needs the content.SOLUTION: A controller 30 includes: a candidate selection part 34a for selecting a candidate as the output destination of a slip from among a plurality of printers; an output determination part 34b for determining whether the candidate is capable or incapable of outputting the slip; and an output destination setting part 34c for setting the output destination of the slip on the basis of the determination result of the output determination part 34b. The output destination setting part 34c is configured to, when the result of determination by the output determination part 34b indicates output incapability, set the printer different from the candidate as the output destination of the slip, and to, when the result of determination by the output determination part 34b is changed from output incapability to output capability, set the candidate as the output destination of bypass notification as notification indicating that the candidate has been bypassed.
