Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric element capable of improving wavelength selectivity, an image sensor including the organic photoelectric element, and an electronic device.SOLUTION: An organic photoelectronic element according to the present invention includes a first electrode and a second electrode facing each other, and a light-absorption layer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode and including a p-type semiconductor and an n-type semiconductor. The light absorption layer includes, along a thickness direction, a first region close to the first electrode, a second region close to the second electrode, and a third region arranged between the first region and the second region. A composition ratio (p/n) of a p-type semiconductor relative to an n-type semiconductor in the third region is greater or less than a composition ratio (p/n) of a p-type semiconductor relative to an n-type semiconductor in the first region and a composition ratio (p/n) of a p-type semiconductor relative to an n-type semiconductor in the second region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
