Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow a crystallinity deteriorated region at one end side that is a terminal of coating in an organic semiconductor membrane as possible while securing tight adhesion between the end side and a substrate in an organic semiconductor device that is configured by forming the organic semiconductor membrane by coating a surface of the substrate with a solution and drying the solution.SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor device comprises; a substrate 10 on the surface of which a lyophilic region 11 and a liquid-repellent region 12 are formed; and an organic semiconductor membrane 40 that is a film disposed in the lyophilic region 11 and forming a line-shaped pattern extending from one end 41 to other end 42, and formed by applying and drying the solution in a direction from the one end 41 to the other end 42. In the organic semiconductor membrane 40, a side of the other end 42 is made to be a projection 43 that is thicker than a portion at a side of the one end 41. A portion at the side closer to the other end 42 including the projection 43 is made to be a tapered part 44 which has a tapered shape in which a pattern line width is narrower than at the portion at the side of the one end 41 and the pattern line width is decreased continuously towards the other end 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
