Abstract:
To suppress adhesion of rice onto a bottom of a container with heat treatment and prevent the rice from breaking in a packed-in-container food including a food including roasted rice contained in the container.SOLUTION: A packed-in-container food includes a food contained in a container, including roasted rice and a liquid portion. The roasted rice satisfies at least one of the following conditions i) and ii): i) The roasted rice is one obtained by roasting raw material rice over an open fire; and ii) The roasted rice has a water content of 12.0 mass% or less and a bulk density of 145 mL/100 g or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
