Abstract:
To provide a pad having hydrolyzable properties.SOLUTION: A pad has a water-absorbing layer, and surface materials disposed on both sides of the water-absorbing layer. The water-absorbing layer and the surface materials have hydrolysable properties. Preferably, the water-absorbing layer and the surface materials are made up of biodegradable members. More preferably, the water-absorbing layer is a nonwoven fabric having a natural pulp fiber, and a biodegradable plastic material containing at least one of polylactic acid fiber, polyhydroxyalkanoic acid fiber, polylactic resin powder and polyhydroxyalkanoic resin powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
