Abstract:
To provide a method of coating and repairing a corrosion lacked part of a metal cabinet containing an outdoor-installed cubicle and control board.SOLUTION: After a first base treatment work process is executed which removes a deteriorated part 7 of a corrosion lacked part 6 formed in the surface part 4 of each side part and on an inner part 5 of an enclosing plate part 1, a rear plate part 2, and a lid part 3 by deposition of slurry water contents or sludge splashed up wind-rain or wind-snow on a metal cabinet A containing a cubicle B and a control board, when an automobile runs, to improve the deposition of the resin coating, a second prime coat treatment process for coating an unsaturated polyester resin or the like to a predetermined thickness is executed, and a third overcoat treatment process is executed which forms a colored resin layer 9 with high UV resistance, durability and heat shielding function by coating the top face part of a prime coat treatment layer 8 with an urethane resin or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
