Abstract:
To provide a slide-type automatic door capable of being realized by simple modification of an existing sliding door structure while securing an opening effective width without performing large-scale construction of a peripheral wall.SOLUTION: A slide-type automatic door, which is a modified version of an existing one side sliding door structure, includes: a door tip side vertical frame 11, a mullion frame 12, and an upper frame 13 which define an opening 1 of an existing sliding door structure; a sliding door 2 for opening/closing the opening 1; and engine devices 31 and 32 for driving the sliding door. A vertical member 4 extending vertically in contact with the door tip side vertical frame 11 is provided in the opening 1, and a starting device 60 for transmitting a starting signal required for starting the engine devices 31 and 32 is arranged in the vertical member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
