Title:
COMPLETE COMBUSTION METHOD BY LEAN AND FINE MOLECULAR MIXING OF COMBUSTION ENGINE FUEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016125479
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify characteristics and disadvantages of a fuel hole nozzle for an internal combustion engine required for a complete combustion at a spark ignition type internal combustion engine, and provide an internal combustion engine capable of attaining energy saving and low pollution and using various kinds of fuel through fuel molecular mixing combustion process by a fuel lean and fine injection nozzle.SOLUTION: This invention is not both present hole nozzle injection system and compression ignition but a spark ignition system by applying a complete combustion technology about an internal combustion engine or a direct injection Diesel engine and constitutes alignment between fuel and air through a fuel lean and fine formation injection nozzle under a combination condition of a fuel molecular formation and air molecule to attain the complete combustion. This invention also dispenses with the prior art EFI fine hole injection flow and injection system and constitutes a complete combustion condition under a mixing condition among a group of fuel atomizing under the lean and fine molecular formation process and air. This lean and fine injection molecular nozzle is made by a less-expensive structure to reduce its manufacturing cost, this invention facilitates a fuel injection timing or quantitative distributing problems by the existing technology and also enables CO2 collective treatment to be attained together with the complete combustion technology of the internal combustion engine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
