PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element which allows for easy impedance matching with an external circuit, and to provide a piezoelectric module and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A receiving transducer 52 includes a flexible portion 412B, a piezoelectric film 424 provided in the flexible portion 412B, a plurality of first electrodes 422, 425 (body parts 422A, 425A) abutting against the piezoelectric film 424, and provided separately from each other in the thickness direction of the flexible portion 412B, and a plurality of second electrodes 423, 426 (body parts 423A, 426A) abutting against the piezoelectric film 424, separated for the plurality of first electrodes 422, 425 in the plan view from the thickness direction of the flexible portion 412B, and provided separately from each other in the thickness direction.
