Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polygon mirror compatible with a wide range of incident angles, a scanner unit, and an image forming device.SOLUTION: A polygon mirror of the present invention has a light reflective surface formed by laminating a plurality of resin layers, which suppresses film thickness distribution (variation) and thus allows for handling a wide range of incident angles. The polygon mirror may be used in a scanner unit, and the scanner unit with the polygon mirror may be used in an image forming device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
