To provide a polymer suppressed in change with time in dynamic viscoelasticity.SOLUTION: The polymer is composed of (A) allyl cardanol and (B) a thiol compound, has a disulfide bond and has a ratio [I(530)/I(1450)] of a peak intensity [I(530)] at a Raman shift of 530 cm-1 to a peak intensity [I(1450)] at a Raman shift of 1450 cm-1 when irradiated with a laser beam of 532 nm of 0.10 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
