Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power conditioner and data collector which are capable of grasping an accurate selling power value while suppressing a cost.SOLUTION: A power conditioner 2 for converting DC power generated by a solar cell 1 to AC power to make an inverse load flow into a commercial system 8 comprises a calculation unit 14 for: calculating a temperature variation value of an isolation transformer 5 interposed between the power conditioner 2 and the commercial system 8 on the basis of temperature information (ambient temperature measurement value 11a, internal temperature measurement value 15a, etc.) from a measuring instrument (ambient temperature measuring instrument 11, temperature measuring instrument 15, etc.) for measuring a temperature of the isolation transformer 5; calculating the isolation transformer 5's power loss value corresponding to the temperature variation value; and estimating selling power obtained by subtracting the power loss value from a power value of power inversely flowing from the power conditioner 2 into the commercial system 8.
