PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide CYP2C19 gene amplification primer sets for specifically and efficiently amplifying respective regions including gene polymorphism sites of CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3 and CYP2C19*17.SOLUTION: Provided are primer sets for CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3 and CYP2C19*17 respectively, each comprising a forward primer of a specified sequence and a reverse primer of a specified sequence. Also provided is a primer set for CYP2C19 gene amplification comprising the above primer sets.SELECTED DRAWING: None
