Abstract:
To provide a production management device that can guide a delivery of components more properly by linking production lines and storages with each other.SOLUTION: A production management device includes: a search unit for searching for at least one storage related to another production line and capable of delivering component as requested, when one of the production lines requests a delivery of a specific type of components and there are not enough components of the type in the storage for the production line that made the request; and a guidance unit for specifying the at least one storage as an alternative storage on the basis of the result of the search and ordering the alternative storage to delivery the components as requested.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
