Abstract:
To provide a protection circuit that has an electrostatic protection function and a reverse connection protection function, and can achieve miniaturization.SOLUTION: A protection circuit 1 includes first power supply wiring 51, second power supply wiring 52, first wiring 53, second wiring 54, a first rectifier diode 701, a second rectifier diode 702, and an electrostatic protection circuit 6. The first power supply wiring extends from a first power supply terminal 31 connected to the positive electrode of a battery 10. The second power supply wiring extends from a second power supply terminal 32 connected to the negative electrode of the battery. The first rectifier diode connects the anode electrode to the first power supply wiring and connects the cathode electrode to the first wiring. The second rectifier diode connects the cathode electrode to the second power supply wiring, and connects the anode electrode to the second wiring.
