Abstract:
The invention provides a protective sheet for treating a chemical solution, which is provided with a substrate and an adhesive layer that is configured on one surface of the substrate. The adhesive which forms the adhesive layer is an acrylic adhesive in which an acrylic polymer is used as a main component. Low-speed peeling strength of the protective sheet, which is measured on condition that the drawing speed is 300mm/min, is above 0.1N/20. High-speed peeling strength of the protective sheet, which is measured on condition that the drawing speed is 10m/min, is less than 3N/20. Furthermore the gel fraction of the acrylic adhesive is above 25wt% and less than 70wt%.
