Abstract:
The utility model provides a pump. The pump is provided with a driving part; a movable part which is driven by the driving part to move; a pump chamber the volume of which is increased or decreased bythe movement of the movable part; a partition wall part constituting the upper wall of the pump chamber; and a fluid passage section provided in the partition wall section and allowing fluid to passtherethrough in the vertical direction. The fluid passage section is provided with: a valve seat section having a plurality of vent holes penetrating the partition wall section in the vertical direction; and a valve body having a shaft portion extending in the vertical direction and opening and closing the plurality of vent holes. The valve seat portion has a first region and a second region in which a plurality of vent holes are distributed. The first region is located on one of two opposing divided regions among four divided regions divided by two mutually orthogonal planes including a center line of the shaft portion, and the second region is located on the other.
