Abstract:
To provide a dishing-up device optimal for dishing up on a small selling tray of sliced meat capable of surely dishing up sliced meat by shortening a distance from a conveyor terminal end part to the tray, in a transfer device of tray transferred in a horizontal direction and further orthogonal to a traveling direction of a conveyor conveying the sliced meat.SOLUTION: Auxiliary conveyance means of sliced meat or deposit scraping means of conveyor surface is provided near a terminal end part of a conveyor, and a constitution member of the means including a conveyor side plate is protruded downward from a lower surface of the conveyor. Where, a transfer device of tray is provided with elevating/lowering means which, when a tray matches to a dropping position of sliced meat, elevates the tray to near the conveyor avoiding the constitution member, and lowers it after the sliced meat is dropped into the tray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
