Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum key delivery device, a quantum key delivery system and a quantum key delivery method capable of reducing the processing delay of cryptographic key sharing operation.SOLUTION: A quantum key delivery device includes quantum key sharing means, key distillation means, first management means, second management means, and key management means. Storage means is internal or external. The quantum key sharing means acquires a photon bit string by quantum key delivery. The key distillation means generates a link key by key distillation processing. The first management means stores the link key, as a link transmission key, in internal or external storage means. The second management means stores a first application key, determining a predetermined role from an application key, i.e., a cryptographic key for encrypted data communication, in the storage means, and transmits a second application key determining a role corresponding to the first application key, while encrypting by the link transmission key, to other quantum key delivery device. The key management means manages the first application key so that an application uses the same for encryption or decryption.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
