Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demodulation circuit capable of performing stable demodulation operation to a wide range power variation.SOLUTION: The demodulation circuit includes: a first rectifier cell connected to an antenna terminal; a voltage division circuit which is connected in series with the first rectifier cell between the antenna terminal and a power voltage; a second rectifier cell connected in parallel with a part of a resistor in the voltage division circuit; and a detector which detects a difference voltage between two signals each extracted from the voltage division circuit with a different voltage division ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
