Abstract:
To provide a wired feeding type radio relay system that is capable of stopping transmission of radio waves and safely stopping an operation of the system when a mooring line (power feeding line) is disconnected for some reason.SOLUTION: A wireless relay system includes a wireless relay device installed on a flight vehicle capable of moving in the sky and is moored to a power feeding line extending from the ground or sea to the sky, which is regarded as a mooring line. The wireless relay system includes a flight drive unit that drives a flight vehicle, a power supply unit connected to the power feeding line, a spare battery, and means for supplying power from the power supply unit to the flight drive unit and supplying power from the power supply unit to the wireless relay device to transmit radio waves, when the mooring line is not disconnected, and supplying power from the spare battery to the flight drive unit and stopping to transmit radio waves from the wireless relay device, when the mooring line is disconnected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
