Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a platinum group element(s) capable of dissolving a platinum element(s) into an ion liquid at high efficiency and easily recovering the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a method where, from a water phase containing one or more kinds of platinum group elements, the platinum group element(s) is selectively recovered, comprising: an elution step where one or more kinds of platinum group elements are eluted from a resource containing the one or more kinds of platinum elements with acid to elute the one or more kinds of platinum elements, and a water phase containing the one or more kinds of platinum group elements is prepared; a solvent extraction step where at least one kind of the platinum group elements is selectively extracted into an organic phase made of an ion liquid from the water phase; and an electrolytic deposition step where, after the solvent extraction step, electrolytic deposition is performed with the organic phase as an electrolytic bath, thus at least one kind of platinum group metal is recovered from the organic phase.SELECTED DRAWING: None
