Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel changer and a reel changing method, which facilitate continuous winding of a fiber strand and removal of a wound fiber bundle.SOLUTION: A reel changer (2), which is provided to wind a fiber bundle from a fiber strand ejected from a spinning device (24), comprises reel carriers (4 and 6) which have reels (20 and 22) suitable for winding of the fiber strand, and which are guided by being operably received by guide means (8 and 10) so that the fiber strand can be directly moved to the second reels (20 and 22) from the first reels (20 and 22) in reel replacement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
