Abstract:
A control unit (60) switches between a battery cooling mode, wherein the pressure of a refrigerant is reduced in at least an inlet-side decompression unit (14c), from among the inlet-side decompression unit (14c) and an outlet-side decompression unit (14d), such that the temperature of the refrigerant flowing into a battery cooling unit (19, 25, 52) becomes lower than the temperature of a battery (80), and a battery warming mode, wherein the pressure of the refrigerant is reduced in at least one of the decompression units, from among the inlet-side decompression unit (14c) and the outlet-side decompression unit (14d), such that the temperature of the refrigerant flowing into a battery cooling unit (19, 25, 52) becomes higher than the temperature of the battery (80). In the battery warming mode the inlet-side decompression unit (14c) and the outlet side decompression unit (14d) are controlled such that the pressure of the refrigerant flowing into the battery cooling unit (19, 25, and 52) increases as the temperature of the battery (80) increases.
