Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composite type gypsum board having flexibility and incombustibility by re-utilizing waste of the gypsum board, and by compounding it with a resin.SOLUTION: A polyvinyl butyral resin recovered from a glass laminate of an automobile or the like and a polyvinylidene chloride resin discharged as a loss during production of a lap for a food product are added to waste gypsum, and kneaded and granulated by using a melting/kneading extruder having an agitating/crushing/heating mechanism. Then, the kneaded and granulated mixture is molded into a board by using a calendar molding machine or a T-die molding machine, to thereby obtain a molded article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
