Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed sprayed coating capable of heightening at its maximum an anticorrosive effect of a structural steelwork or the like.SOLUTION: A coating is characterized by sealing by polyalkyl hydroxy siloxane, a surface of a sprayed coating of an amorphous alloy coating a substrate or a sprayed coating of nano-microstructure aluminum. Polyalkyl hydroxy siloxane having a hydrolysis rate of 50% or higher is preferably used. Coating is preferably performed under conditions that a surface tension is 26 mN/m or less and a viscosity is 16 mPa s or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
