Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selection method of an element in a boride particle capable of maximizing absorption peak of a light in a near-infrared region while maintaining visible light transmittance of the boride particle.SOLUTION: An energy-band structure calculation process for calculating a dielectric function of a boride particle XB, a dielectric function calculation process for calculating the dielectric function of the boride particle XB, a transmittance curve calculation process for calculating transmittance curve of the boride particle XB, a transmittance calculation process of transmittance of visible light and transmittance of near-infrared light of the boride particle XB, and a determination process for accepting an element represented by X when the element satisfies a condition that the transmittance of the visible light is 96% or more and percentage of the transmittance of the near-infrared light divided by the transmittance of the visible light satisfies of 80.0% or less, are conducted.SELECTED DRAWING: None
