Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device which is less easily influenced by an electric field noise emitted from a current wiring portion.SOLUTION: A sensor device includes: a semiconductor device including a current wiring portion, an inductor that detects the magnetic field generated around the current wiring portion, and an amplification portion including a bipolar element that amplifies the voltage generated in the inductor; and a substrate where the semiconductor device is disposed separated from the current wiring portion by a predetermined distance or more. The current wiring portion does not overlap with the semiconductor device when a surface of the substrate is viewed oppositely.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
