Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title product having excellent wiping properties, tension, flexure resistance, drape, flexibility, etc., by using the interlacedly collected yarn of a sea-island type conjugate fiber multifilament yarn and a high denier multifilament yarn having high fineness as weft and falsely twisted textured yarn as warp, weaving and specifically treating the woven fabric. CONSTITUTION:(A) Sea-island type conjugate fiber multifilament yarn and (B) multifilament yarn having higher shrinkage percentage than the yarn A and high denier of single yarn filament are subjected to fluid turbulence processing while feeding the yarn B 1% larger than the yarn A to give an interlacedly collected yarn. Then the interlacedly collected yarn is used as weft and falsely twisted textured yarn or yarn comprising conjugate crimped fiber as warp and the yarns are woven. Further, the yarn A in the prepared woven fabric is subjected to a sea-removing treatment, then the woven fabric is napped to give the objective product which comprises the weft composed of the interlaced collected yarn made of mixed yarn having different deniers containing an extremely this yarn having <=0.1 denier of single yarn filament and high-fineness yarn and has napped fibers of the extremely thin yarn and the high-fineness yarn on the surface.
