Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide early output change in a combined cycle plant and improves operability, in a combined cycle plant, a device for controlling the same and a method for starting a steam turbine.SOLUTION: A combined cycle plant includes: a gas turbine 11 having a compressor 21, a combustor 22 and a turbine 23; a co-burning burner 41 for raising temperature of an exhaust gas from the gas turbine 11; an exhaust heat recovery boiler 12 for generating steam using waste-heat of the exhaust gas; a steam turbine 13 driven by the steam generated by the exhaust heat recovery boiler 12; and a control device 50 for changing output power from the combustor 22 and changing output power from the co-burning burner 41 when changing output power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
