Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handlebar lock device which can be utilized in a movable body which switches a travel direction with a handle and prevents a lock from being easily released by forceful means such as destruction.SOLUTION: A handlebar lock device 20 includes: a lock unit fixed to the interior of a steering column 11 which integrally rotates with a handle; and a fixing bracket 70 fixed to the interior of a head tube 12. The lock unit includes: a lock pin 31 having a tip part 31a protruding from a guide elongated hole 11a of the steering column 11; and a lock pin driving mechanism which reciprocates the lock pin 31 in an axial direction. The fixing bracket 70 has an engagement groove 71 with which the lock pin 31 engages.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
