Abstract:
To provide a surface protective film that can attain an excellent adhesive performance including a well-balanced adhesive force whether the separation speed is high or low and also can present a charge prevention performance and a contamination resistance at the same time.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a surface protective film for a polarizer using polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) for a protective layer of a polarization element. An adhesive layer formed by cross-linking an acrylic polymer and an adhesive composition containing (F) an anti-static agent and (C) a cross-linking agent is deposited on one surface of a resin film. The (F) anti-static agent is an ionic compound with melting points of 25-80°C shown by the general formula (1) (K+ denotes cation, A- is one type of anion selected from the group consisting of trifluoromethane sulfonate anions and pentafluoroethane sulfonate anions including no imido groups), and the glass transition point temperature of the acrylic polymer is 0°C or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: None
