Title:
SURFACE TREATED STEEL SHEET FOR FUEL TANK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017160499
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new surface treated steel sheet for fuel tanks, excellent in resistant weldability, workability, coatability, corrosion resistance and gasoline resistance to a conventional rustproof steel sheet for fuel tanks and manufactured at a low cost by a general-purpose facility (a plating step+one layer coating).SOLUTION: A chromate free surface treated steel sheet for fuel tanks includes a film forming component consisting of an organic resin (A) and a specific organic silicon compound (B) on at least one surface of a Zn-Ni alloy plated steel sheet; and a coating film (α) including a phosphoric acid compound (C) and a Ti compound (D). The coating weight of the plated layer is 2- 50 g/m; a solid content mass ratio of the organic silicon compound (B) to the organic resin (A) of 1 is 0.1-0.6; and the coating weight of the coating film (α) is 0.2-1.5 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: None
