Abstract:
To provide an opening/closing device comprising an opening/closing body with enhanced wind-pressure resistance against wind pressure from other area side across an opening.SOLUTION: An opening/closing device comprises an opening/closing body 3 opening and closing an opening 2 formed on a building. The opening/closing body is configured to be in a closing mode for closing the opening and in an opening mode for opening the opening. In the closing mode, the opening/closing body is configured to extend upward and downward to close the opening. In the opening mode, the opening/closing body is configured to extend along a ceiling of one area 6 across the opening to open the opening. The opening/closing body 3 comprises a plurality of panels arranged in line in a moving direction of the opening/closing body. The adjacent panels are connected to each other with a hinge. At least one panel of the plurality of panels (such as an upper panel 10A) comprises a plurality of reinforcement bodies on one area-6-side surface of the panel. The plurality of reinforcement bodies (such as an upper-side reinforcement body 20 and a lower-side reinforcement body 21) is arranged at intervals in the moving direction S of the opening/closing body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
