Abstract:
To provide a switching power supply device capable of making a load start up at higher speed than before.SOLUTION: A switching power supply device 10A according to the present invention comprises: a drive circuit unit 11 with a boot-strap function outputting a first drive signal for turning on/off a high potential side switching element Q1 and a second drive signal for turning on/off a low potential side switching element Q2; and a control circuit unit 14A providing the drive circuit unit 11 with a first control signal to be a source of the first drive signal and a second control signal to be a source of the second drive signal on the basis of load current IL. The control circuit unit 14A is configured to make a first switch state ( the high potential side switching element Q1 is turned off and the low potential side switching element Q2 is turned on) using the first control signal and the second control signal regardless of the load current IL when an enable signal SEN is in a specific state (for example, H level).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
