Abstract:
To cut off only a tip end side part of a carrier tape in a component supply tape.SOLUTION: A tape cutter includes a tape presser member 24 that is equipped with a tape presser surface 24b contacted with a cover tape 104, and a blade 32 that is equipped with a blade edge 32a opposing to the tape presser surface 24b of the tape presser member 24, and moves toward the tape presser member 24. The tape presser member 24 is equipped with a gap filling portion 52 which fills a gap between a part of a carrier tape 102 on which the cover tape 104 is not pasted while the tape presser surface 24b contacts with the cover tape 104, and the tape presser member 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12A
