PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat that is formed with a coat layer capable of adjusting a gloss value while imparting dry touch feeling.SOLUTION: The toilet seat includes a substrate 2 and is disposed with a primer layer 3, a collar layer 4 and a coat layer 1 in this order on the substrate 2. The coat layer 1 contains a resin-containing spherical particle 1A and a water-repellent agent, which is preferably an acrylic resin-based bead (acrylic resin bead) using an acrylic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
