Abstract:
To provide a toner in which a fixed image can be satisfactorily prevented from being adhered to ejected paper, while low-temperature fixability and blocking resistance are maintained.SOLUTION: A toner contains toner particles containing a binder resin and a crystalline polyester resin. The binder resin is an amorphous polyester resin having a straight-chain alkyl group at the terminal of a molecular chain. The crystalline polyester resin is a condensation polymer of a diol and a dicarboxylic acid. The carbon number of the straight-chain alkyl group C, the carbon number of diol C, and the carbon number of the dicarboxylic acid excluding a carbon belonging to a carboxylic aid Csatisfy the following relationships. The glass transition temperature of the toner measured by a differential scanning calorimeter is 40.0°C or more and 55.0°C or less. (1) 8≤C≤20. (2) C/C≥3.5 and 0≤|C-C|≤3.
