Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer machine for a multi-stage forging-press machine capable of configuring a power transmission mechanism compactly with a few components, as well as allowing adjustment of a transfer position to be performed easily.SOLUTION: A transfer machine for multi-stage forging-press machine comprises: a base plate 34; a first plate 38 capable of horizontally sliding along a guide rail 46 disposed on a support surface 36 of the base plate 34; a second plate 40 capable of vertically sliding along a guide rail 55 disposed on the first plate 38; a chuck unit 42 attached to the second plate 40; a servo-motor for horizontal drive; and a servo-motor for vertical drive. The servo-motor for horizontal drive and the servo-motor for vertical drive are connected to the horizontally slidable first plate 38 and the vertically slidable second plate 40, respectively through respective link mechanisms.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
